Using the collection

SENOVIRA provides a directory and player interface for original and open-source browser games for lawful personal entertainment. No subscription, purchase, account or cloud-save service is offered in this version. Review a game’s instructions, language and device notes before loading it. The browser and the particular game determine which controls and features are available.

Original work and separate licenses

Original game material retains MEST’s stated rights unless an applicable notice grants specific reuse permissions. Being able to play or download browser-delivered files does not by itself grant permission to redistribute, sell, modify or present that material as your own.

Libraries, models, artwork, audio and fonts credited separately retain their own licenses. These terms do not remove permissions already granted by those licenses. Consult a game’s source repository and included notices, especially before reusing any component. SENOVIRA’s screenshots identify games; they are not a general asset library.

Responsible use

Do not disrupt the site or game hosts, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use request volumes that interfere with other visitors. Do not misrepresent authorship or remove required attribution from material you reuse under a license that permits it. There are no public comments, chat rooms or upload facilities on the catalog.

Progress and availability

Saved listings and game progress can be lost through browser cleanup, storage restrictions, private browsing or a change of device or origin. The catalog does not promise backup or recovery. Use a game’s export function where provided.

Games and the site are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, a particular frame rate or preservation of all saves. A direct release, source repository and embedded version can differ. A game or listing may change or be removed to address maintenance, compatibility or rights concerns.

External services and limits

Games are delivered from the individually identified external addresses. Repository, license and help links are separate destinations with their own terms and privacy policies. SENOVIRA cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of every external service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free content is made. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No unverified governing jurisdiction, arbitration obligation or fixed liability cap is introduced.

The service described by these terms

SENOVIRA at senovira.win provides game discovery, English guidance, browser-local favorites and a player that loads separately hosted releases after your action. These terms concern the catalog interface. The Privacy Policy describes its data handling; game licenses and provider notices apply to their respective material and services.

Use the site in accordance with these terms and the rules above. If you do not agree to them, stop using the service. No paid subscription, shared player account or guaranteed external-game availability is offered.

Open-source permissions and authorship

The open-source additions credit their respective creators and link their MIT notices. These site terms do not restrict permissions already granted by a game’s applicable open-source license. Conditions such as retaining copyright and license notices still apply when reusing licensed material.

SENOVIRA does not claim authorship of third-party games. A code license is not a general permission to reuse unrelated trademarks or every separately credited component. Consult the project’s actual notices and Creator & credits before reusing material.

Feedback, copyright and correction reports

For a suspected rights problem, identify the SENOVIRA page, the work or notice at issue, your relationship to it and the correction requested. Include an official source where possible. Contact explains how to prepare and send a report; its local draft form does not submit messages.

A listing may be corrected, replaced or disabled while a licensing, security, accessibility or compatibility concern is reviewed. Sending a suggestion does not guarantee adoption, compensation or a change to an external game. Do not send confidential material that is unnecessary for the report.

Independent selection and practical limits

Featured games are editorial selections rather than verified popularity rankings or endorsements by independent creators. External games can include their own links, statistics and storage. Review their notices before loading them. SENOVIRA can change its integration but does not control an independent release’s future updates.

The heart button saves a catalog link, not a game save file. Browser cleanup, storage restrictions, private sessions and game updates can make progress unavailable. Check controls and device recommendations, use the game’s pause function before leaving and export important saves where supported. The catalog cannot promise to recover lost progress.
